January 1 - January 21
New Year
New Us
Join our free, science-backed 21-day habit building challenge to integrate three transformative habits into our daily lives. We will meditate, practice yoga and gratitude for a total of 30 minutes for 21 days online at the comfort of our homes and with the magical power of a group with a shared goal to keep us on track.
With two live online sessions available daily, all you have to do is show up.
Let’s take care of ourselves first to be able to take care of others.
- Daily Yoga & Meditation: Start each day with sunrise yoga and meditation, designed to help you build an independent routine with beginner friendly expert led sessions
- Freediving: Learn to freedive and to stay calm under water, a great skill that you will carry over to the shore. If you can stay calm when you are running out of air you can stay calm under any situations.
- Group Workouts & Activities: Run on the sand, swim in crystal-clear waters, and lift weights at the beach gym. Enjoy boat trips, and breathtaking sunsets over Mt. Agung.
- Goal Setting & Habit Building: Work towards your most important goals with a goal setting and habit building protocol.
- 1 week (shared, upon availability): $900
- 1 week (private): $1,050
- 3 weeks (shared, upon availability): $1,800
- 3 weeks (private): $2,100
- Stay: Standard room in a beachfront resort (shared/private) with two healthy meals daily.
- Activities:
- Daily Yoga and meditation
- Daily community workouts at the beach gym, jogging or swimming.
- Intro to freediving
- One snorkeling trip and sunset boat cruise
- 2 months of online yoga classes.
- Workshops: Science of well-being, goal-setting, and habit-building.
- Scuba diving open water or advanced Padi certified courses
- Private Muay Thai training
- Surfing trips
- Boat trips to other islands
- Hiking Mount Rinjani
Part of the profits will go to Freediving Coaches of Asia to organise free certified swimming and freediving coach training for disadvantaged youth in India, Indonesia and Philipinnes – to provide them with economic opportunities, to get more people to swim and to take care of our oceans and rivers.
